Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CareFirst AI, provided by CuraNova AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Patient App, Driver App, or Command Centre dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

CareFirst AI is designed to coordinate and accelerate emergency response alongside your local emergency services — it is not a replacement for calling your national or local emergency number directly. In any immediate life-threatening emergency, always contact emergency services first.

While our Care & Command Centre is staffed by trained dispatchers and clinical staff, response times and outcomes can be affected by factors outside our control, including network connectivity, device availability, and third-party emergency infrastructure.

CareFirst AI connects patients, dispatchers, ambulance crews, and hospitals through a coordinated platform: real-time SOS intake, AI-assisted ambulance dispatch, live GPS tracking, hospital pre-arrival alerts, and an on-call physician network.

Professional roles (dispatcher, driver, hospital staff, physician) require verification by an authorized administrator before account activation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including submitting false emergency alerts, attempting to access data outside your assigned role, or interfering with the platform's operation. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

CareFirst AI amplifies clinical decision-making — it does not replace it. AI-assisted dispatch suggestions, vitals, and case data are provided to support, not substitute, the professional judgment of qualified dispatchers, paramedics, and physicians using the platform.

All software, design, and content that make up CareFirst AI are owned by CuraNova AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CuraNova AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including in relation to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We may suspend or terminate access to CareFirst AI for any account that violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or is required by a partner hospital or authority. You may stop using the platform at any time by contacting your administrator.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CuraNova AI is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local regulation applicable to a specific hospital partnership requires otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Continued use of CareFirst AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
