How CareFirst AI collects, uses, and protects information across our emergency response platform.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Introduction

CuraNova AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) builds and operates CareFirst AI, an emergency coordination platform connecting patients, dispatchers, ambulance crews, and hospitals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using CareFirst AI — whether as a patient, dispatcher, driver, hospital administrator, or on-call physician — you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Information We Collect

Account information: name, role, organization, contact details, and login credentials.

Location data: real-time GPS position of ambulances and, during an active emergency, the patient's location, used to power live tracking, routing, and dispatch.

Emergency and medical data: information submitted during an SOS event, patient vitals shared by on-call physicians, and case notes recorded by dispatchers, so that hospitals can prepare before arrival.

Usage data: how the platform is used across the Patient App, Driver App, and Command Centre dashboard, used to improve reliability and performance.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to operate the emergency response chain in real time: assessing and dispatching emergencies, routing ambulances, notifying receiving hospitals before arrival, connecting on-call physicians, and maintaining a secure audit trail of every event.

We also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve response times, platform reliability, and the accuracy of AI-assisted dispatch recommendations.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal or medical information. Data is shared only with the parties directly involved in an emergency response — the assigned dispatcher, ambulance crew, on-call physician, and receiving hospital — strictly to coordinate care.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect the safety of a patient or the public, or to a hospital or emergency authority as part of a partnership agreement, always under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Data Security

Every emergency event and patient handoff is access-controlled through role-based permissions (dispatcher, supervisor, admin, super admin), and securely recorded in an audit timeline. We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.

Data Retention

We retain emergency records and audit logs for as long as needed to support continuity of care, hospital record-keeping requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your role and jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

CareFirst AI is intended for use by verified healthcare and emergency-service professionals, and by patients seeking emergency care. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary to provide emergency care in a medical event.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Continued use of CareFirst AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
