Emergency and medical data: information submitted during an SOS event, patient vitals shared by on-call physicians, and case notes recorded by dispatchers, so that hospitals can prepare before arrival.

Usage data: how the platform is used across the Patient App, Driver App, and Command Centre dashboard, used to improve reliability and performance.

We use the information above to operate the emergency response chain in real time: assessing and dispatching emergencies, routing ambulances, notifying receiving hospitals before arrival, connecting on-call physicians, and maintaining a secure audit trail of every event.

We also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve response times, platform reliability, and the accuracy of AI-assisted dispatch recommendations.

We do not sell your personal or medical information. Data is shared only with the parties directly involved in an emergency response — the assigned dispatcher, ambulance crew, on-call physician, and receiving hospital — strictly to coordinate care.
